Terms and Conditions of the Institute of Golf VIP BLACK Membership:
Membership
1. Every member will receive a membership card which must be shown at reception on every visit. Replacement cards may be subject to an administration fee. The membership card remains the property of the Institute of Golf.
2. The membership is not transferable and can only be used by the registered member. Any misuse of the membership will result in the membership being cancelled.
3. The membership card entitles the user to the benefits associated with the membership level purchased.
4. The management of the Institute of Golf reserve the right to cancel any membership in breach of rules or conduct which in the view of the management of the Institute of Golf is offensive to customers and or staff or represents a health and safety risk.
5. Individual memberships may be frozen for a period of 3 months on the production of a valid medical certificate. Other reasons may be considered at the discretion of the management of the Institute of Golf.
6. Members will receive stated benefits after minimum term is completed.
7. Bays will be available on a first come first served basis.
8. Two hours (120 minutes) maximum per practice session per player (if the range is at full capacity)
Health and Safety
9. Smoking is not permitted on the Institute of Golf learning facility site.
10. Whilst using the facilities all members are responsible for their own health.
11. The Institute of Golf’s liability for loss or damage to property or person is limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of negligence of the Institue of Golf.
Opening Hours – General
12. The Institute of Golf may from time to time withdraw use of all or any part of the facilities where and when it is deemed necessary for repair, maintenance, alteration, alternative use or for safety reasons.
13. The opening times may be changed from time to time. A minimum of 1 months warning will be provided to customers and will be advertised within the facility as a minimum.
14. All opening times are subject to timetables that may affect usage of a specific facility. These times will be visible on the Institue of Golf’s website no later than a week in advance.
Cancellation of Membership
15. Membership cards must be returned to the Insitute of Golf when your notice is given.
16. VIP Black memberships are paid weekly in advance and can be cancelled with one month’s written notice. Upon cancelation of this membership, half of the remaining term must be paid. This option may be discounted at the discretion of management of the Institute of Golf.
